Due to popular demand, I’ve decided to start a series of online events to help you enjoy the sights, sounds, and flavours of Italy even if you can’t travel there at the moment.
The initial series will include visiting the regions of Italy, learning about their history and culture as well as, of course, their cuisine. I will be demonstrating recipes and techniques and will give you exclusive recipes to try at home.
